During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, with many key attractions within walking distance. the helpful male receptionist went out of his way to provide us with detailed directions and recommendations for places to visit. We also appreciated his excellent customer service skills.
The language barrier presented by one of the female receptionists, who spoke no English. With a significant percentage of the hotel's guests being foreign, we feel it would be beneficial for all staff members to have basic English language skills to ensure efficient communication and guest satisfaction.

The male receptionist was incredibly helpful! He provided detailed explanations on how to get around this city, and he was extremely accommodating. His customer service skills were top-notch, and he was always willing to go the extra mile. I had the best experience dealing with him.

The hotel staff was overall helpful and accommodating. The male receptionist had excellent customer service skills and was able to provide detailed explanations on how to get around the area. the hotel's location was in close proximity to key tourist destinations.
Not all of the reception staff spoke English fluently. This made communication difficult and caused some frustration, especially considering that a significant portion of the hotel's guests were foreign.

Located in a bustling area, this hotel offers helpful assistance in navigating the surroundings. the male receptionist sets the bar high with his exceptional customer service skills and thorough knowledge of the area. the rooms are well-equipped with necessary amenities, including clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. the hotel also offers a convenient breakfast to start their day right.
While one of the two female receptionists speaks very good English, the other speaks none, which can be problematic for non-local guests who require assistance.
